Mimma Pisto
Singer and composer from Basilicata, Mimma Pisto is one of the most interesting voices on the Italian jazz scene. She graduated in Jazz at the Conservatory of Bologna with top honors, studying with masters such as Diana Torto, Cinzia Spata, and Maria Pia De Vito, deepening harmony and arrangement with Tomaso Lama and Paolo Silvestri.
Versatile and curious, she moves from pop to soul to jazz, mastering complex rhythms, modern phrasing, and scat technique, with a vocal style rich in nuance.
She has collaborated with notable musicians, including Antonello Vannucchi, Riccardo Fassi, Luca Pirozzi, Daniele Scannapieco, Dario Deidda, Mario Biondi, Tony Momrelle, and many others.
She has performed in clubs such as Blue Note Milan, Cantina Bentivoglio, Alexander Platz, Casa del Jazz, and at festivals like Roccella Jazz and Lucca Jazz Donna, as well as in theatrical, television, and recording projects.
Ettore Carucci
Jazz pianist and composer, Ettore Carucci began studying piano at four, graduating in classical piano before focusing on jazz. He attended workshops like Siena Jazz and Umbria Jazz, receiving scholarships and training with internationally renowned musicians.
During his career, he has collaborated with numerous artists, performing at festivals, theaters, and jazz clubs in Italy and abroad. His lyrical and refined touch combines complex harmony, sense of time, and melodic taste, also arranging this Bacharach tribute project.
Stefano Nunzi
Solid and versatile double bassist, Stefano Nunzi was born in Marche and trained in both classical and jazz studies. After his diploma, he combined orchestral experience with intense jazz activity, collaborating with Italian and international groups, touring abroad, and recording extensively.
His warm, present sound and deep jazz knowledge make the bassline a solid foundation for Bacharach’s harmonies in this jazz adaptation.
Andrea Nunzi
Drummer with a strong personality, Andrea Nunzi grew up with blues, funk, rock, and jazz, quickly developing solid live experience. After moving to Rome, he became part of the Italian jazz scene, collaborating with leading musicians, participating in national and international festivals, and developing a style combining precision, energy, and attention to detail.
His drumming supports and colors Bacharach’s repertoire with musicality, creating the rhythmic drive that makes the concert lively and engaging.
