On Thursday, October 22, Elegance Caf\u00e8 hosts \u201cMal di Te\u201d, the Iesain\u00f2 Band<\/a> project dedicated to the musical and poetic world of Pino Daniele. Far more than a sequence of covers, it is a journey through blues, jazz, Latin music, soul, funk and Naples, led by the voice of Giulia Maglione and a band built around the emotional strength of the songs.<\/p>

\u201cMal di Te\u201d: Pino Daniele beyond the idea of a tribute<\/strong><\/h2>

Pino Daniele created a musical language that is difficult to confine to a single genre. Blues, jazz, soul, funk, Latin music, bossa nova and Neapolitan tradition coexist in a repertoire that has crossed decades while preserving its unmistakable identity.<\/p>

\u201cMal di Te \u2013 music and poetry beyond the borders of his Naples\u201d grows from this richness.<\/p>

Iesain\u00f2 Band has worked on the repertoire for more than ten years and has developed a catalogue of over ninety songs, from the earliest experiences connected to the streets of Naples through the era of Napoletan Power and into the early 1990s, with occasional journeys into later material.<\/p>
